fallen of the wagon for the last time I hope. Got a wedding in November and want to lose at least 2 stone to fit into something decent. I think that is doable, 2.5 months around 3lb a week. Will need to exercise daily and eat a diet of around 1000 calories a day.
Have been kind of down on my luck lately hence the lack of focus, but I feel like I am ready to give my all to sorting my body out.
Day 1 - here goes.
