After a weekend of non tracking, was pleased to step on the scales this morning and see a 4lb loss this past week. A lovely start to the weight loss journey. Would be nice if I could lose at this rate every week,but I know it will slow down. hopefully to no less than 2lb a week, but would be happier with 3.
Will use the same formula this week, 1600 cals and 4 days of cardio. Hopefully will have another positive weigh in next monday.

Had another good day today. Focused eating wise. No exercise tho, Did Mon-Wed and will do the weekend. Body needed a break. Was to do some weights last night, but had a restful sleep instead. Scales still 2-3lb loss showing, is very encouraging. Hopefully in the next 4-5 weeks, at this rate, will be a stone lighter. Just the boost I need to work on the other 2 stone for my 3 stone target for the summer. It can be done.

Don't know if I have found the formula, but I seem to be in a good place for keeping on track.
Maybe I am still haunted by the dodgy fat photo that was taken on the weekend, or maybe it was feeling really sweaty and sweating through my face and perfect make up on the train to work yesterday. All due to being over weight, I am so determined to sort myself out before the summer.

Lost my stone as slimming world in time for my brothers wedding last year November. Since then have slowly gained back aroung 6lb. Totally taken my eye of the ball and left slimming world as I was obviously not focused.

fallen of the wagon for the last time I hope. Got a wedding in November and want to lose at least 2 stone to fit into something decent. I think that is doable, 2.5 months around 3lb a week. Will need to exercise daily and eat a diet of around 1000 calories a day.
Have been kind of down on my luck lately hence the lack of focus, but I feel like I am ready to give my all to sorting my body out.

Thanks to Billy Banks I am on track for losing 4 pounds this week, which is just absolutely fantastic. Should also pat myself on the back for staying focused during the bank holiday weekend. Had a few treats, but due to the physical exercise I am still doing really well and can see my body shape firming up.
Looking forward to fitting into some of my clothes that have been too tight for a long time.

Woke up and did Tae Bo workout. Was sweating like a pig and every muscle in my body is now aching as this is day two with the Tae Bo. Will be doing another session tomorrow. Haven't had a home cooked meal today, as I was out enjoying the bank holiday with the kids. Take aways all day, so calories quite high for lunch and dinner. Good thing I was working out this morning.

Woke up to a new day of eating well and exercising. Managed to go shopping and not stop in Mac'd's or bakery even though I was hungry, altho did get a bad of popcorn to keep me going throught the day. Had a banana when I got back, and started my Tae Bo workout. Made a pledge to do some form of exercise everyday for the next month, even if its just 10-20 mins. Even with 2 kids, I know I can fit that into my routine. Focus Focus Focus.

Ok fell off the wagon. 40 days since I last logged in. I am sure if I stuck with it I would have lost a further 7lb plus. But hey, I am back. 2lb heavier due to the lack of effort, but could have been a hell of a lot worse.
Have been up and down emotionally in the last month, hence my lack of focus. I guess today I feel like, who am I hurting but myself if I don't stick with this.

plenty of work done today, and pretty focused with the eating. Apart from the haribo's in the car. Did come home and do my cardio and had a light dinner. Feel quite energized today for some reason....a welcomed change to feeling tired.
