So, I started my plan today called the "idk - plan" I personally just dont like the word 'diet,' because I have tried so many that I feel like I will just end up failing again. I dont know what it is but the word 'Diet' just seems to fail me and a lot of other people. So i decided to come up with another name called the, "idk - plan" which means, "I dont know plan" because it doesnt have strict rules and you dont feel so pressured to stick by the rules. Although yes, you do have certain restrictions and exercises that you must do daily, you don't have to worry about well the word 'diet.' So I started today and it turned out pretty well, I think I am going to change a few things tomorrow but basically I am eating a low carb diet, and its based on 1300 calories. I am trying to lose 15 lbs. by the end of December or so. For my workout, I jog for 1 min and then power walk for 2 and repeat for 4 miles. Then I do 50 crunches and 3 sets of 10 captains chair workouts. After I do my sides by holding onto a 25 lb. weight and bending over and I do 3 sets of 12. At the end of my 1 hr. workout, I feel great... especially when you take a shower! So still trying to get the "idk plan" associated so that I can stick to something and pursue it. If you have any questions about my diet plan please email me at: destinyschell@gmail.com Now get out there and LOSE the WEIGHT, all it takes is will power and consistent health goals and exercise!
