Finally... today was my last day of working out for this week. I have achieved the goal of keeping up exercises for one week so now I feel motivated to keep on it! I am terribly sore and today was the hardest day I have had so far!!! I was just dreadfully tired today and didn't even feel like moving. I did have a cliff protein bar (cookies n' cream) which was awesome... I use that sometimes as a meal replacement before I go running though! Anyway I am glad I have made it this far... even though ...

Today I was extremely exhausted! It was my 4th day of the (about) 4 mile run, that I have been doing everyday this past week. When I got home from running, I realized that I needed something to boost my energy for the rest of the day. I know that my body isn't used to this kind of workout because I just started this week. So I keep making scones, Blueberry Scones, Semi - sweet chocolate chip scones..... lol. Do i want to make them (of course but) no not really. It's not me who wants them, it's my family. They beg me to make them almost everyday and honestly i don't mind making them, it's just that it's hard to just not eat one! Anyway but my Aunt is like addicted to them so how can I not make them for her let alone eat them I mean they are just sooo good!!

Today was a good day to go running, even though it was dreadfully hot outside. I ran about 4 miles with my sister (she is my exercise buddy)
and did my abs, and sides. I feel pretty great because I am doing an hours worth of cardio and working out on top of that. I'm still in the process of finding an everyday meal plan, considering that i want to keep my calories under 1300. I am still struggling with all the sweets and all, but hey... who doesn't go through the withdrawal of sugars and fats. ...

I started my plan today called the "idk - plan" I personally just dont like the word 'diet,' because I have tried so many that I feel like I will just end up failing again. I dont know what it is but the word 'Diet' just seems to fail me and a lot of other people.
