Feeling the BURN! /Day #5

Finally... today was my last day of working out for this week. I have achieved the goal of keeping up exercises for one week so now I feel motivated to keep on it! I am terribly sore and today was the hardest day I have had so far!!! I was just dreadfully tired today and didn't even feel like moving. I did have a cliff protein bar (cookies n' cream) which was awesome... I use that sometimes as a meal replacement before I go running though! Anyway I am glad I have made it this far... even though it might not be that far for other people.... I feel so ACCOMPLISHED! Thank you FitClick for the commitment and for something to keep me accountable for my everyday healthy exercise! I really feel awesome by the end of the day. 1 more week until I weigh in... so I hope and pray that something is different, even if the scale doesn't show me yet, I feel a change and I know the result will be good! Cheers to energy and motivation! :)
