Craziness

I have been crazy busy the last 2 days and was so tired at the end of the day. I haven't exercised or eaten the best. I have a 3 day weekend and will be busy but plan on plenty of working out. Just want to get back on track. Still haven't lost more than 1 pound. Hoping this week that will change.
