Total calorie count for yesterday was right on target. Entering my calories daily and blogging. Both really help in the progression..

Last nights calorie total was much better than the day before. I'm on target. Feeling like i'm back on track again. Now I wish that this winter weather would go away......

I finished entering the food I ate yesterday and the calorie count was over 2300!!! What happend, I will now be more concious of the amount and what i'm eating. I'm going to go on the treadmill for 1 1/2 hrs. tonight during BL just to try to level things out....

I have a few personal goals. Blog at least 5 days a week, log my food in and excercise 5 times a week, minimum 30 minutes. I need this to stay stable and on track.

I had a dinner and desert last night that added up way over my daily calorie limit. I know this now and will not do that again. Getting ready to workout. I weighed myself today and have gained 2 lbs. , not much of a surprise, but not discouraging. Having a great day regardless.

I haven't been on here in over a month. I have however kept working out. I wish I would workout a solid 5 days a week instead of the 3 I keep doing. My weight is ok, I want to start entering everything again so I can start loosing more weight.

I worked out all weekend and ate very healthy. Glad to be back on a normal workout schedule and good sleep every night. I feel rested. I can tell I'm losing because my pants are a little looser. I'm going to try to stay on this track because it seems to be working.

I have been crazy busy the last 2 days and was so tired at the end of the day. I haven't exercised or eaten the best. I have a 3 day weekend and will be busy but plan on plenty of working out. Just want to get back on track. Still haven't lost more than 1 pound. Hoping this week that will change.
