So I've decided to just track my food as I've been eating for the last few days and it is obvious how gained so much darn weight! I'm taking in so many useless calories, which I knew, but to see it spelled out in the diet tracker is really an eye opener. I need to up my fruit and veggie intakes, work on healthier recipes for me (and my family), stop drinking so much darn coke, increase the water and get back to eating smaller portions more often. So my food goals for the up coming week are-
1-Think before I eat- try for smaller portions and more fruits and veggies
2-Increase my water at least 3 big water bottles a day
3-Decrease coke- no more than 20 oz a day
We'll start with that for diet goals.
As for exercise, I'm going to attempt a half hour every day. Hopefully this will be a good start to healthier habits:)
