So I've decided to just track my food as I've been eating for the last few days and it is obvious how gained so much darn weight! I'm taking in so many useless calories, which I knew, but to see it spelled out in the diet tracker is really an eye opener. I need to up my fruit and veggie intakes, work on healthier recipes for me (and my family), stop drinking so much darn coke, increase the water and get back to eating smaller portions more often. Well I feel like I've done this all before, for the obvious reason that I have. After having my 4th child I was done being fat and decided not to put up with it anymore. I succesfully lost 40-50 lbs and kept it off for a year, then I started nursing school. Everything I'd worked for when out the window and I gained everything back and then some. In my second year of nursing school we also became pregnant with #5... surprise! So needless to say I am now at the heaviest I have ever been, and...
