Day Three

Well, here I go starting out on this journey called diet and exercise that will end at a destination called Healthy Living. In the last couple of years I have honestly let myself go. I have let factors in life get me down that shouldn't have and I am now well over what I would consider a goal weight and definitely out of shape. I have been walking for about a month and I have been cutting back on my proportions ..... some. But I will be lying if I said that I was putting everything into it, or even trying very hard. So, that being said, I have decided to try this website, I have me a workout buddy and plan. I have downloaded an app to my phone that is designed to train a person to be able to go from a beginner and walking to being able to run for a minimum of 30 minutes in 9 weeks. Today will be day 3 of this plan, and I can feel it! Who would have ever thought that pain could feel so good or rewarding? I have also downloaded a diet plan. No more Taco Bell, McDonalds or Sonic for lunches and definitely no more eating when I get home from work (I work until 9pm). As I set out for work today, I have my lunch kit packed with healthy choices and lots of water.....I'm trying to cut myself off of the colas and my weakness......the Pink Rockstar Energy drink.
