DAY 2
So I am finding that my first day was a bust, kinda. I work 3/12 hours shifts with my last tonight as a Noc shift. Noc shift basically means I'm here 7 p.m to 7:30 a.m. the next morning. So I eat durning the day and at night because I am awake. Anyway, I need help developing a eating plan that I can do with my husband who will eat whatever I fix and a daughter who's 10, that hates everything I fix.
Lots of challenges. But I want to make it. I lost 75 lbs around 6 years ago with Weight Watchers, it works but I can't get my head in the game. So maybe with this and my prior knowledge I'll get it done.
