My mantra to get through a tough workout has been " I am better today than I was yesterday and not as good as I will be tomorrow". I really don't remember if that was something that was my original thought or if I read it in some fitness magazine years ago. Either way it helps. I have this crazy need to entertain my brain as I do the more "un-stimulating" exercises. Although I am always hooked to my Ipod, I still have a racing mind. Sometimes I wonder if I might achieve better results if I were more focused?
