days 3 & 4

Yesterday was sort of a drag....
let's see... i was way too exhausted to work out! but i still did my diet and today i worked extra hard! ill consider yesterday my day off, you know, a little break!
today i did something new and went out of my comfort zone a bit...
i went in public to the campus rec center
there i was on an elliptical for an hour and a half
i did a fat burning interval setting and i worked hard! i never gave up!
the machine said i burned around 800 cals! sweet!
when i got off i was jello-y so to cool down i walked a few laps around the track, followed by stretching and a few ab exercises. lemme tell you i feel great!!!
I am so much more upbeat and motivated and this morning- i even noticed that my love handles don't hang over my jeans as much anymore! PROGRESS!
