day 5? is that right? wow, i can't even believe i have stuck to this for 5 days! awesome!
so yesterday was good... i went shopping at the mall, and my gosh i had no idea you could burn so many calories just from walking around for a coupla hours! so that was nice.
also, my workout buddy and i chose to treat ourself to a more delicious lunch than we should have considering we are trying to lose weight. But if we don't let ourselves splurge every once in a while we won't be motivated and more ap...

Yesterday was sort of a drag....
let's see... i was way too exhausted to work out! but i still did my diet and today i worked extra hard! ill consider yesterday my day off, you know, a little break!
today i did something new and went out of my comfort zone a bit...
i went in public to the campus rec center
there i was on an elliptical for an hour and a half
i did a fat burning interval setting and i worked hard! i never gave up!
the machine said i burned around 800 cals! sweet!

today i still feel pretty motivated! Even though it was cold and rainy outside i managed to walk myself to campus for class! i could have taken the easy way out and taken the warm shuttle! but i have a goal and i am going to accomplish it!
so far today i have already walked 2 miles just going to and from campus! by the end of the day i will have walked 4 miles! easy peasy! Later- my roommate and i are also planning on doing Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 DVD again... let me tell you... it wasn'...

I woke up the other day and realized i need to change my ways. I am almost 20 years old and i do not look the way i would wish to. So today i went for a run, for the first time in over a year... I had no idea it was going to be as hard for me as it was. I was a high school athlete- i used to be able to run a mile around 6 min. a shorter run for me used to be about 3 miles... today, i couldn't even run a full mile through. I couldn't help but cry!
