day 5? is that right? wow, i can't even believe i have stuck to this for 5 days! awesome!
so yesterday was good... i went shopping at the mall, and my gosh i had no idea you could burn so many calories just from walking around for a coupla hours! so that was nice.
also, my workout buddy and i chose to treat ourself to a more delicious lunch than we should have considering we are trying to lose weight. But if we don't let ourselves splurge every once in a while we won't be motivated and more apt to quit. but so we had 1 slice of a small piece of deep dish pizza. and afterwards we came home and went to the gym for an hour to burn it off! so it was worth it! and delicious!
speaking of the gym though, i went there again! awesome!
did another fat burning exercise on the elliptical followed by some ab work and extensive stretching. i am soar today!
