So Tonight (2:34am PST) I started my profile on Fit Click to help track my progress. I appreciate the workout and the diet advice but really I just want the support and companionship of fellow "losers".
Step one- Start new healthy Life
I'm starting by getting up early, for me, and eating a decent breakfast and hitting the gym. I want to do a minimum of 30 minutes cardio 6 days a week. Worst case, I walk while watching a tv show. Seems pretty easy right? It is, until that one morning when it's too cold. Or the day you have 50 things to do. Lets not worry about that yet. For now, I'm going to bed for my rest before I kick my butt in gear.
