Finding your Reason

If you figure out what inspires you, you are more likely to success.  At least thats what has worked for me.  60 pounds lighter and its still my #1 weight loss tool.
I have to remind myself why i want to look good, why i want to live longer in health, why i have to get myself up and sweat.

My kids are my number 1 reason.  I want to be around for them as long as i possibly can and i want to be around to my fullest.

Myself.  When i look good i feel good.  When i eat good i feel good.  When i work out i feel on top of the world.  No one can take that away from me because i was able to complete those task myself at the end of the day.  And it starts all over again the next morning.

My husband.
Hes not much of the work out type but i know i have and am inspiring him and now we are more active as a family.  That will only be bringing us closer in today and the years to come.

My dog.  I give him alot of credit for my weight loss.  We got him 3 years ago and i have lost my 60 pounds in that time frame.  His cute eyes how they get wide and ears how they raise when i say the word "walk", who can resist that?!

These are just some of my big picture inspirations for me.
A small one, but one that i carry with me in my car, by my bed, on my treadmill and leave on the kitchen counter is Oxygen Magazine.  When its in your face, its hard to give in to temptations.

Whatever your reasoning is for finding your strong, its a good one and should be honored if its working.  If its not, it might be time to re evaluate your life and what you really want.
