Water Intake

I will not be tracking my water intake. I have mastered water drinking to where writing it down would be rediculous.
heres what i do....
wake up and drink a glass of room temp water.
drink more water before and after breakfast.
drink water with a light snack and after the snack.
drink water before and after dinner.
drink water before, during and after work outs.
drink tea before bed.
take water to bed with me and keep by my bedside.
I don't drink sodas. i have iced tea when i dine out or a glass of wine.
I do add propel zero sometimes to my water bottles for extra vitamins and energy.
so ya see, this is not a worry for me what so ever....food cravings are my down fall and i work hard on that.
