Day 5

This is day 5 for me. I forget to write. It will take some getting used to. I have lost 8 lbs so far from doing light exersising and cutting way back on carbs and caffine. Saturday was the worst day so far had a bad headache. makes you not want to go back to eating carbs and taking in all that caffine. I felt so much better Sunday and today. now the only problem is that I am not sleeping well at night. It may be that I am exesising to late in the evening. Today I start back to the gym. My plan is to work out on strength training Mon. Tues, and Fri. and swimming on my off days. That is my plan no it is to stick to it.
