I forget to write in the journal. I will try to remember. I have been doing very well on going to the gym I go no less than 3 times a week. Mon. Wed. and Fri. on those days I walk 1 mile on the treadmill and 3 miles on the elliptical machine. on Tue and Thur. I do half of the routine or swim for 45 mins. Today is my normal routine. I feel so good when I finsh. and I am ready for round 2 to tackle the adventures of home. You just never know what goes on at the house with the cat, dogs, hors

Ok I did not do as I planned this last weekend. I made bad food choices and did not go to the gym as I had planned.
Today I am back on track.
If you have a goal but no plan then it is only a dream. So I will stick to my plan so that I my reach my goal.

I would like to thank all of our service men who have put their lives in danger and have lost their lives in protecting our country. And their families for supporting them in their decisson.
Now. with that said. I am going to have a wonderful weekend with my hubby. It is his birthday this Sunday and I am taking him out of town for the long weekend. I will watch what I eat and go to the gym everyday we are there.

This is day 5 for me. I forget to write. It will take some getting used to. I have lost 8 lbs so far from doing light exersising and cutting way back on carbs and caffine. Saturday was the worst day so far had a bad headache. makes you not want to go back to eating carbs and taking in all that caffine. I felt so much better Sunday and today. now the only problem is that I am not sleeping well at night. It may be that I am exesising to late in the evening. Today I start back to the gym. My ...

1-6-12: this is day 2 for me and so far I feel great. I have been reading a lot of Nutrient books and most have been saying stay away from processed foods. When grocery shopping stay on the perimeter of the store and away from the center where boxes or canned foods are. Drink water with lemon or mint leaves to add flavor. and stay away from bad carbs such as in bread and grain....
