Welp after one week of easing into working out and watching my portions, Im happy to report that I am down 2 pounds!!! Hey a win is a win whether by a mile or an inch! I hope that I can continue to keep this up becasue I feel I am on track to reaching my goal! Check in again next week with hopefully more good news!!!
