What a depressing way to start off February. I gained a pound. Dont worry though, I plan on loosing that plus one or two more with it to make up for it. Im on track to my mini make over day! Chin up, dust brushed off, we good. Good night all!

WOW I cant believe that I am done with one whole month of this lifestyle change. God, my husband, my family, and my friends have been great encouragers in this journey. I cant wait for next month to see what the total is! Welp, gotta make it short because I have to work in the early morning. Night all!

Well, here I am 5 pounds lighter. I cant believe that the weight is actually coming off. I got to admit though I am honestly scared each and everytime I have got on that scale. I have now upped my worked out and am probablly going to start doing 5 days a week. We will have to see though. The husband is even starting to notice. feeling really good spirtually, emotionall, physically, and mentally! Lost another 2 pounds! Hopeing the big "Platue" doesnt happen any time soon. My biggest fear is that "platue" happing. I have a plan of action for when it happens though. I cant wait, as of right now, I am on track for getting my body back!!! Welp, Ill check in again next week! Fingres crossed and prayers said.

Welp after one week of easing into working out and watching my portions, Im happy to report that I am down 2 pounds!!! Hey a win is a win whether by a mile or an inch! I hope that I can continue to keep this up becasue I feel I am on track to reaching my goal! Check in again next week with hopefully more good news!!!
