Stress

In the past my way of dealing with stress was chocolate. Now I have to come up with something new. I am a full time mom of five, a full time student with 14 credit hours, a wife, and I lead worship once a month at church.
Maybe my new stress managment will come in the form of knowing that I am loosing weight. It's not that much...5.1 lbs so far...but it's better than going up more and more.
