I've been thinking a lot more about what I'm eating today. Which is good but I am feeling very hungry I think I'm going to buy some Almonds since they are very health and filling. I'm trying to eat all a lot of fruits and vegetables but I'm now very hungry and i just ate lunch but it works up my calories. I think Hunger is the biggest obstacle. Not stress, boredom or cravings.
