I'm feeling tempted to weigh my self but I don't even have a scale. Besides that as it is only day 5 there is likely to be very little difference I may have even Gained weight and I don't want to e discouraged. Feeling much better today I'm not as hungry and I have a lot more energy since I'm getting over my nausea. Hopefully I can keep this up through the weekend. It's always the hardest.

My bf got me sick so I'm feeling very sick plus I have a final tomorrow at this point I would usually say "screw it" but I'm going to be determined I looked at pictures of myself not to long ago and saw how thin I look compared to now I can"t believe I let it go why didn't I keep it up :(

I've been thinking a lot more about what I'm eating today. Which is good but I am feeling very hungry I think I'm going to buy some Almonds since they are very health and filling. I'm trying to eat all a lot of fruits and vegetables but I'm now very hungry and i just ate lunch but it works up my calories. I think Hunger is the biggest obstacle. Not stress, boredom or cravings.

Am Currently a size 11, was a size 16, was down to size 10, want to be a size 8. am currently about 5lbs overweight want to lose 10 - 15lbs in 3 - 4 months.
