Okay so yesterday was a little hard but it was worth it. I went to village inn and had free pie wednesday!!! I plan on doing that for a reward every week when i hit my goal. Then once i find something that is more healthier and tastes amazing I will switch to that. I always start out so good but by the end of the day I always forget what my goal is and forget to watch my portion sizes. Last night I was craving food and it was like 11 pm and I told my self to just go to bed you dont need anything, and i did. for the first time ever i controlled myself and it wont be the last.!!! yeah me
