Okay so this insanity it really doing a number on my muscles....and i just found out that my gym membership didnt expire...so that means that i can go to the gym now. but i feel like if i quit insanity that i have already lost to my determination for weight loss. Nothing like insanity gets my heart rate going so fast. I could do the bike and the swimming but thats not until i can get down to a better weight. Like around the 200's would be an okay weight to start doing that.&nbs...

Okay so this is my 2nd day on the workout and I am so nervous. I nearly died last night and that was just the fit test. Obviously I am not very fit. But I know I can do this. Just a little more determination and support is all I need. I am doing the pylometric cardio circut today and pray that I dont land flat on my face again. here i go!

Okay so yesterday was a little hard but it was worth it. I went to village inn and had free pie wednesday!!! I plan on doing that for a reward every week when i hit my goal. Then once i find something that is more healthier and tastes amazing I will switch to that.
