Day 5

I'm feeling tempted to weigh my self but I don't even have a scale. Besides that as it is only day 5 there is likely to be very little difference I may have even Gained weight and I don't want to e discouraged. I know when I lostweight last year that i kept track for the two weeks but not much difference was made so I did keep on trackbut the next time I weighed myself I had lost 15 pounds and i was very exited so I'm going to try and do that where I'm surprised how much I've lost not disappointed.
