Day 2 (or 3)

So, I've worked out for 3 days now (I've only tracked 2. If I figure out how to add/track the 1st day I will).

I started on Tuesday, February 7th. I'd been whining for weeks prior about how I seemed to be gaining weight and clothes weren't fitting right...blah, blah, blah. Monday I woke up sooooo sore and achy it wasn’t funny. My back, neck, elbows, knees….apparently the lay in bed eating while watching TV routine was not appreciated at all.

Tuesday, same aches and pains….but I was committed to push through a work out. I struggled my way through stretching, warm-ups, a crunch routine, some free-weights and a bit of boxing.

Wednesday morning I woke up with no pain what so ever…..except for the slight soreness of the muscles I had put to work (honestly though, I welcome that type of ache!). Did the work out again.

Thursday (today) I repeated the work out. I’m pleased with how little overall body ache I am waking up with. I feel great. It’s only my 3rd day, I know I’m nowhere near any of my goals but, today I am closer to them then I was yesterday….and I feel great!

I don’t know why I ever stopped working out and being healthy. It makes no sense. I have never once been disappointed when I have worked out but I always am disappointed when I don’t.
