Have been on the run for days!!! jotting little notes in little note book so I could update my activity once I got back on here.
I have had some high calorie days....and I have also had some low activity days.
I should be able to do better moving forward...my schedule is freed u some now.

Well, with all of my classes requiring huge projects I’ve not taken the time to really write on here. I have, however, taken the time to keep working out.
I have seen some progress so I decided to take the time to blog about that.
I’ve reduced my (pathetic) mile by 4 minutes. From 30 to 26 minutes. I’m pleased with that. It’s still sad…nowhere near what a mile
