Keep Going

This is still working. I am about to hit my typical plateau and hoping that I can surpass it. Normally, what happens, I hit 180 and cannot lose anymore. I, then, stop working out as I am no longer motivated. I hit close to 200 and do this all over, again. PLEASE, let this keep working!
