I have now lost 26.2 lbs!!!!! I have 28.8 more to go........JUST KEEP GOING!!!! I can't believe this is actually working. I feel so much better but am still working to feel my best. This has been so rewarding.

I have hit my plateau at a weight loss of 22.6 pounds. I went to GNC to find a booster to help cross that plateau. I purchased a VERY expensive product. I hope it helps beat this plateau. It is always dissapointing once you hit it.

I broke my plateau!!!! I have broken 180 lbs by quite a bit. JUST KEEP GOING!!!!

This is still working. I am about to hit my typical plateau and hoping that I can surpass it. Normally, what happens, I hit 180 and cannot lose anymore. I, then, stop working out as I am no longer motivated. I hit close to 200 and do this all over, again. PLEASE, let this keep working!

THIS IS WORKING!!! I have been at this for a month, now. I am fitting my clothes better, people are starting to recognize and most importantly I feel much better!

I have been so faithful for almost 3 weeks, now and have worked out even though I have been sick. This morning I got up and could barely move so I had to skip today. I feel so guilty!

I am going to get fit! I have always worked out but never watched what I ate. I am hungry but have the will power to stay within my calories.
