Well, with all of my classes requiring huge projects I’ve not taken the time to really write on here. I have, however, taken the time to keep working out.

I have seen some progress so I decided to take the time to blog about that.

I’ve reduced my (pathetic) mile by 4 minutes. From 30 to 26 minutes. I’m pleased with that. It’s still sad…nowhere near what a mile used to take me but I’m on my way.

Also, I’m definitely seeing/feeling a difference in myself. My posture is getting better. Yesterday I was actually told I looked taller…lol….that’s what happens when you stand up straight.

Pants I usually don’t need a belt with are starting to slip a bit…..I could use that as my invite to go gangsta and let my pants sag but no….I’m all too thrilled to use a belt and keep my @$$ covered. J

I’ve decided to change up my routine some. (starting next week):

Monday: yoga and martial arts.

I have a 30 minutes Biggest Loser Video for the yoga. The martial arts will be done from memory (I studied it for 10 years but stopped for some stupid reason….btw, I will be starting with basics).

 

Tuesday: Mile(walk)/abs/light weights/boxing

Wednesday: Mile(walk)/abs/light weights/boxing

Thursday: Mile(walk)/abs/light weights/boxing

Friday: abs/light weights/boxing/yoga and martial arts

Saturday: Mile(walk)/abs/light weights/boxing

Sunday: mile(jog)/sit-ups/push-ups & fitness game
