So after almost a week of logging everything I eat I still can't seem to hit my goal on my numbers. I will do good with fat, calories & carbs but then my protein won't be high enough or I will be on track with eerything but my calories are too high?!?!?
I'm sticking with it though and I have my one week weigh in tomorrow so we'll see how that goes. Then my goal will be to add some activity to my daily routine (I'm taking baby steps in hope that I won't burn out fast & fail)
Won BIG POSITIVE is I have only had water to drink & one glass of unsweet tea...this is a huge challenge since sodas & sweet tea are my weakness!
