Well, Day 2 and I already blew it. I had two doughnuts for breakfast. However, since I was already low for the day in the majority of my ranges, I don't think it was too bad. Also, I did make it to the gym and that was a good thing.
I'm off and running (not literally); but I have alot of personal office work to do. Talk to ya'll later.
