I soooo want something sweet to eat! It doesn't have to be much-- just a bite or two. Now, I'm falling asleep at my computer. So, I'm gonna log off, eat a 4 oz cup of mandarin oranges, take my meds and go to bed. Talk more later.

Well, Day 2 and I already blew it. I had two doughnuts for breakfast. However, since I was already low for the day in the majority of my ranges, I don't think it was too bad. Also, I did make it to the gym and that was a good thing.
