Ok - so already in two days I have learnt something .... yesterday I thought I had eaten very little and healthily .... wrong! When I look today at my tracker I see that I ate too little protein, too many carbs, way too much fat and cholesterol enough for 2 days .... wow!
So here we are at day 2 and yes I did weigh myself .... the same as yesterday - no surprises there! But determined and motivated to stick with the plan today again - even though today is my number 2 daughter's 23rd birthday and we are eating at the Keg tonight!
So maybe tomorrow I will measure myself ... but I am not motivated to continue with the plan just based on measurement - I NEED to see less numbers on the scales and nothing I tell myself will convince me otherwise!
