So guess what ...? Today I lost a pound!! I need to weigh every other day to stay motivated and see the changes and this has made me so happy.
Tonight though I am thoroughly proud of my hubby who has decided to join me and follow the fitcllick plan also. We both spent an hour tonight going over foods we had eaten today and now he's having cereal to reach his calories goal!

Ok - so already in two days I have learnt something .... yesterday I thought I had eaten very little and healthily .... wrong! When I look today at my tracker I see that I ate too little protein, too many carbs, way too much fat and cholesterol enough for 2 days .... wow!
So here we are at day 2 and yes I did weigh myself .... the same as yesterday - no surprises there! But determined and motivated to stick with the plan today again - even though today is my number 2 daughter

Today I woke and decided - today is the day - today I will begin a weight loss program that will be my way and enable me to lose weight by June 2012 for my 50th birthday garden tea party.
