Day 4 and winning

Don't know if I have found the formula, but I seem to be in a good place for keeping on track.
Maybe I am still haunted by the dodgy fat photo that was taken on the weekend, or maybe it was feeling really sweaty and sweating through my face and perfect make up on the train to work yesterday. All due to being over weight, I am so determined to sort myself out before the summer.
I have been sticking to under 1600 cals and exercising for the last four days. Will give myself a night of tonoght maybe, or do some strength exercises rather than cardio.
Scales are looking like a 2lb loss so far which is very encouraging. Long may this journey and feeling of determination continue.
