Day One of THE PROGRAM

Okay, here it is the morning of the first day of using the supplements. I had the 30 minute before breakfast supplement and now am eating breakfast with the 3 take with the meal supplements. I am very cautious about how these supplements will make me feel. I generally do fine with things but I don't like to take too many 'pills' of any kind, even if they are vitamins and minerals! I am eating as detailed in the plan from Slim4Life. If one follows the plan exactly the weekly loss should be a minimum of 3 pounds. I feel pretty good that I will hit that goal each week. Usually I do well the first 90 days of a diet. After that, even though I look and feel so much better, I start to waver and struggle. A bit of fear of 'who will I be if I am not the obese person I am used to' creeps in. Seems silly to some but I am sure there are those out there than can identify completely. Give each bite and each meal and every moment of every day to God. Take it one meal at a time and don't worry about what is coming up next!
