I have lost nearly 9 pounds since the first day of the plan! I feel good and my motivation is pretty high. I know that I lose fast in the beginning and then it tapers off a bit. I will not allow that to slow me down. I will just keep on going and enjoy every ounce that falls off. Most of all, I will focus on enjoying the feelings of well being and know that health is more important than how I look. I have a daughter that is turning 13 in June! Okay, here it is the morning of the first day of using the supplements. I had the 30 minute before breakfast supplement and now am eating breakfast with the 3 take with the meal supplements. I am very cautious about how these supplements will make me feel. I generally do fine with things but I don't like to take too many 'pills' of any kind, even if they are vitamins and minerals! I joined Slim4Life to learn how to relate properly with food. I have binge eating disorder and it will take some serious effort to learn new ways of looking at and relating to food. I will be eating a diet found in the Kay Sheppard book, From the First Bite, and utilizing the supplements and counseling at Slim4Life. I am ready to start this journey and look forward to noting my progress and learning more about me and how I relate to food and how to change toxic habits.
