I am using the "overcoming overeating" method of dieting right now and I have not weighed myself in ages it seems like. My boyfriend reassures me and somehow I am able to function even with my body image issues but it's time to take things one step further. It's time to hit the gym. I am leaving work at 4pm now to get to the gym about the same time as my boyfriend when we move in together (next week, I am SO excited). Today I got to work late so I have to stay until 4 without a lunch or until 5 with a lunch. I'm thinking 4 because the gym won't be as busy at 4:30. When I get home i am going to shower and start packing. I'd like to be completely finished packing my clothing chest. After that (probably 2 hours of work), I am going to work on my sociology homework. My boyfriend wants me to be productive this week and believe me, I'm going to be. I can't wait to get moving. Maybe it's the coffee talking, but I'm going to testify that it's the Holy Spirit moving through me and saying "Get off your butt, I've got plans for you!!"
