Breakfast
Nibbling on pistachios.
Need to watch this because I nibble mindlessly and lose track of how much I've eaten. Portion control is needed. I really haven't decided what type of eating plan I will follow.except that it needs to be low carb and include a lot of water, green leafy stuff, and decent, lean proteins. My weakness is that I don't like proteins and don't get enough and then I want to snack. So today, I will make sure I have proteins.
