Need to watch this because I nibble mindlessly and lose track of how much I've eaten. Portion control is needed. I really haven't decided what type of eating plan I will follow.except that it needs to be low carb and include a lot of water, green leafy stuff, and decent, lean proteins. This is Day 1 of a 90 day weight loss challenge. I joined here online to have some accountability while I try to get fit....again. I have done this so many times.
