Current weight-200 lbs.  Well, the first day is over and it wasn't too bad. I did my few push ups I did and followed my diet plan, which is lower carbs and higher protein. I did have some berries which are lower in carbs and did meet my 5 veggies and fruits for today's goal. I am getting ready to go to sleep now to wake up and exercise. I do realize that exercise is a part of not only the weight loss program but weight maintenance solution. I am looking forward to a new body and being able to fit into some smaller clothes. Let's take it one day at a time and see what happens.
