Another day finished. It was a great exercise day. Was able to walk/run 2 miles and I did an exercise video. Following the diet is getting better and I am feeling better about everything. Having a goal is also helping. I was thinking about the way I want to look at the end of the 90 days and I am hoping that I reach that goal this time. Current weight-200 lbs.  Well, the first day is over and it wasn't too bad. I did my few push ups I did and followed my diet plan, which is lower carbs and higher protein. I did have some berries which are lower in carbs and did meet my 5 veggies and fruits for today's goal. I am getting ready to go to sleep now to wake up and exercise.
