I've been more lax with making good health decisions every day, so naturally some weight has krept back on. it's only five pounds, but when I think of all the hard work I went through to lose those five pounds, I feel encouraged to lose them again.
eating healthy (more veggies, less whipped cream & sugar), drinking more water, going to sleep on time, not buying my binge foods & staying positive are all everyday diet staples that I need to religiously follow to keep feeling & looking great. I can do it. I believe in myself and will do it! :)
