	some people swear by it, but I've never been able to keep a food journal for longer than, like, 3 days.
	then I came across this quote recently: "your body keeps an accurate journal, regardless of what you write down."

	I've been more lax with making good health decisions every day, so naturally some weight has krept back on. it's only five pounds, but when I think of all the hard work I went through to lose those five pounds, I feel encouraged to lose them again.
