well i decided to actually start on june 1st. i wanted to start a little earlier so i am back in the habit of keeping track. i was doing great exercising and eating healthy for 3 months and lost 21 pounds. Once i sarted having some breathing concerns and had to stop all the bad habits came right back. I know its because i fell into a depressed state. I was diagnosis with the onset of COPD. I am only 34 YEARS OLD. i feel so unhappy i need to get back into routine .
the plan;
workout 5 days a week
im will rotate once a week then twice the following week with charity
go to gym at least twice week
then add cardio strength at home on other days
i will use 2 days to recover and rest
i will decrease caffeine, salt and ordering out while increasing healthy fresh options
i will add at least 3 protein shakes during week instead of a meal
