ok I started to noticed that i'm not as hungry like i thought i was. i started to increase moving about some more around house friday i will try a little cardio on treadmill and some weight lifting hopefully just a set. if my lungs feel good i would like to slowly increase and be on track ASAP. i know if i lose weight i will feel better and having less pressure on my lungs so i can breathe easier.
